「晩酌カード」（アプリID: com.goonobu.banshakucard、以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報や利用データを一切収集しません。
本アプリに入力・生成されたすべての情報（晩酌記録、写真、晩酌カード画像、recap集計データを含む）は、利用者の端末内にローカルに保存されます。外部のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。
本アプリで作成した晩酌カードをX・Instagram・LINE等で共有する場合は、iOS標準の共有シートを経由し、利用者ご自身の操作によってのみ送信先が選択されます。当方が共有内容や送信先の情報を取得・保持することはありません。
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。共有機能を利用者自身が使った場合、その送信先への情報提供は利用者自身の操作によるものであり、本アプリの開発者を経由しません。
本アプリは、広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール・トラッキング技術のいずれも組み込んでいません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキング許可のプロンプトも表示しません。
App内課金（サブスクリプション「月額プラン」「年額プラン」・買い切りのテンプレパック）の購入処理は、すべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は Apple により処理され、当方が決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。サブスクリプションには2週間の無料お試し期間が含まれる場合があります。購入内容の復元は、設定画面の「購入を復元」ボタンから行えます。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリはお酒の記録を目的としたアプリであり、20歳未満（米国その他の地域では現地の法定飲酒年齢未満）の方はご利用いただけません。本アプリは飲酒を推奨・助長するものではなく、あくまで個人の記録・振り返りを目的としています。過度な飲酒は健康を害するおそれがあります。お酒は適量を心がけてください。
端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリ内の各記録の削除操作、または本アプリの削除（アンインストール）により消去されます。

BanshakuCard (App ID: com.goonobu.banshakucard, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.
All information entered into or generated by the App — drink records, photos, drink card images, and recap summary data — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server.
When you share a drink card via X, Instagram, LINE, or other services, sharing is done through iOS's standard share sheet and only occurs through your own action. The developer does not collect or retain any information about what you share or where.
Because the App does not collect information, there is no information for the developer to share with third parties. If you use the share feature, any information sent to that destination results from your own action and does not pass through the developer.
The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
Payment processing for in-app purchases (monthly/yearly subscription plans and one-time template packs) is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. Payment information (such as credit card numbers) is processed by Apple; the developer does not receive or store it. Subscriptions may include a 2-week free trial. You can restore your purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings. See Apple's own privacy policy for details.
This App is designed for logging alcoholic beverages and is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age (20 in Japan, 21 in the United States, or the applicable local legal drinking age elsewhere). The App does not promote or encourage alcohol consumption — its purpose is solely personal record-keeping and reflection. Excessive drinking may harm your health. Please drink responsibly.
Information stored on your device is removed when you delete individual records within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.
