Refrigerant Log - EPA 608 (App ID: com.goonobu.refrigerantlog, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App performs no network communication (fully offline).
• All information you enter or generate — appliances, service events, and notes — is stored only on your device.
• No third party, including the developer, has access to this information.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

2. Where Data Is Stored

All information entered into or generated by the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server. There is no account system and no cloud sync.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect information, there is no information for the developer to share with third parties. When you export a PDF and use the iOS share sheet to send it somewhere, that action and its destination are entirely your own choice and do not pass through the developer.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

5. Payment

The App is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of all features. After the trial, continued use of new-record entry and PDF export requires a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (no subscription). Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store; payment information is processed by Apple, and the developer never receives or stores it.

6. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete data within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.
