Well & Septic Log (App ID: com.goonobu.wellseptic, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App performs no network communication (it works fully offline).
• All well test results, septic pump-out records, equipment logs, and photos you enter are stored only on your device.
• No third party, including the developer, has access to this information.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

2. Where Data Is Stored

All information entered into or generated by the App — including any photos you attach to a test or service record — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect information, there is no information for the developer to share with third parties. If you use the built-in PDF export or share sheet, any information sent to a destination you choose results from your own action and does not pass through the developer.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

5. Purchases

The App is free to download and offers a 7-day free trial of all features. After the trial, continued use of new record creation and PDF export requires a one-time "Unlock" purchase (non-consumable in-app purchase). Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store; payment information is processed by Apple and the developer never receives or stores it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

6. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete records within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.

7. Health-Related Information

The App lets you record numeric well water test results (such as bacteria presence, nitrate, pH, and iron) exactly as reported by your lab. The App does not interpret these numbers, provide a pass/fail judgment, or offer medical, health, or regulatory advice of any kind. Consult your local health department or testing lab for guidance on your results.
