Privacy Policy — Pumper Log

Pumper Log (App ID: com.goonobu.pumperlog, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App performs no network communication (fully offline).
• All customers, work records, disposal facilities, and settings you enter are stored only on your device.
• No third party, including the developer, has access to this information.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

2. Where Data Is Stored

All information entered into or generated by the App — including customer names, addresses, tank details, work records, and disposal facilities — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server. There is no account, sign-in, or cloud sync.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect information, there is no information for the developer to share with third parties. If you use the PDF export or share feature, any information sent to a destination you choose (e.g. Mail, Files, Messages) results from your own action via Apple's standard share sheet and does not pass through the developer.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology.

5. Trial and Payment

The App is free to download and includes a 7-day full-feature trial from first launch. After the trial, unlocking full access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Payment information is processed by Apple; the developer does not receive or store it. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Customers and work records you have already logged remain viewable and exportable for free at all times, even after the trial ends.

6. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete it within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.
