Massage SOAP Notes & Chart ("the App") is an on-device, offline documentation tool for massage therapists.

1. Data Collection

All client records, session notes and body chart data are stored only on your device. The App requires no account, and uses no analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking. The developer never receives, stores, or has any access to your records or your clients' information. The App performs no external communication apart from Apple's purchase processing.

2. Your Responsibility

You are the sole custodian of the records you keep in the App. Protect your device with a passcode and manage backup files you export with appropriate care.

3. Purchases

The Pro auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year with a 7-day free trial) is processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are handled by Apple; the developer never receives them.

4. Data Deletion

All data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App.
