What FloralPull does

Recipe librarySave each design as a recipe: material lines with quantity, unit, and a waste percentage, so every arrangement has a repeatable material list.
Events & assignmentsAssign one or more recipes to an event with a design count. Assignments snapshot the recipe version they were made from.
One pull sheet per eventFloralPull aggregates every assigned recipe into a single pull sheet, grouped by supplier or material category, so pulling day starts from one document.
Packs, surplus, and a pulled checkboxEach line shows required amount, waste-adjusted amount, purchase packs to buy, ordered total, and leftover surplus, with a checkbox to mark it pulled.
Locked snapshotsOnce a pull sheet is finalized, later edits to a recipe don't change it — the numbers you printed stay the numbers you printed.
Careful aggregationMaterials only combine when material, variety, color, and unit all match — a recipe change to one design never silently merges into the wrong stem count.
PDF pull sheetsShare or print a clean pull sheet with event details, per-material breakdown by design, totals, and notes on any unit that couldn't be converted automatically.
