- Full job recipe per versionEach job recipe version records screen layers (mesh count, thread color, tension, emulsion, exposure), ink formulas, print order and stroke count, and flash/cure process steps.
- Ink formula calculatorEnter each ink component's ratio and PrintJobCard distributes the target batch weight across components, adjusting the rounding remainder onto the largest-ratio component so the total weight comes out exact.
- 0 vs. not enteredTemperature, time, and mesh unit fields distinguish an explicit 0 from a field that was never filled in — no silent defaults.
- Exact reordersReordering duplicates the specific saved recipe version you choose. Any change becomes a new version — the original stays untouched.
- Reorder run resultsLog the outcome of a reorder run against its source recipe version, with deviation notes for anything that came out different.
- Shop-floor PDF job cardLarge, high-contrast labels for job, customer, substrate, per-color screen and ink settings, print/flash/cure sequence, and a worker sign-off line.
PrintJobCard records and helps you reproduce print conditions; it cannot guarantee identical results across ink lots, humidity, or equipment differences. Always run a test print and cure test before full production.
