Nothing. Auction Clerk Local does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — sales, lots, bidder numbers, hammer amounts, revisions, buyer and seller settlement statements, and exported PDFs — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
Bidder numbers, buyer names, and seller names that you enter are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Settlement PDFs are generated on-device and shared only through the standard iOS share sheet, entirely under your control. You choose where that file goes; we never receive a copy.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Auction Clerk Local is a professional tool for auction clerks and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
