Nothing. Repair Intake Pro does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — jobs, customer names, instrument details, condition photos, accessory checklists, intake packets, estimates, and completion handoff documents — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
Instrument condition photos are stored inside the app's own local storage. Photos are not uploaded, not attached to location data, and not shared automatically with any service.
Typed customer names, dates, times, and optional signatures captured during intake confirmation stay in the local intake packet on your device. This information is never transmitted off the device.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Repair Intake Pro is a professional tool for instrument repair shops and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
