Nothing. GreaseLog Pro does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — facility entries, jobs, checklist responses, photo references and their integrity values, and finalized certificate snapshots — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
Before/after job photographs are stored inside the app's own local storage. Photos are not uploaded, not analyzed by any external AI service, and not shared automatically with any service.
Certificate PDFs are generated on-device and exported through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and we never receive a copy of the exported file.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
GreaseLog Pro is a professional tool for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning contractors and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
