What Shuttle Roster does
- Routes & stopsSet up routes with direction, running weekdays, and start time, then add stops in order with pickup notes and scheduled times.
- Riders with no photo fieldRiders carry a display name, group, optional guardian contact, and a note. There is no photo field anywhere in the app, by design.
- Assignments & snapshotsAssignments connect a rider to a route with pickup/drop-off stops and an effective date range. Opening a run snapshots the expected list, so later edits never rewrite a run in progress.
- Boarding & absence statesEach stop entry moves from expected to boarded to dropped off, or to excused, absent, or no-show, with corrections logged rather than silent reclassification.
- Missing riders surfaced, not assumedAt departure, riders still expected but unprocessed show as Missing and must be resolved — never auto-marked no-show.
- Daily Manifest PDFRoute and stop details, boarding and absence status, and a log of overrides and corrections — no photos, face outlines, or location tracks, and guardian contacts left out by default.
Shuttle Roster makes no transportation, custody, or safety determinations, and offers no legal advice about supervision requirements. It never messages guardians automatically, and does not connect to GPS tracking, telematics, or any external dispatch system.
Pricing
Start with a 7-day free trial of every feature. After the trial, the selected plan is charged
to the Apple Account used for purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at
least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it.
To cancel or review a plan, open iOS Settings, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
Use Restore Purchases to restore an entitlement on the same Apple Account. Both plans include
the same features.
Privacy
Routes, riders, assignments, and runs stay on your device. Shuttle Roster has no ads, no analytics, and no server sync. See the full Privacy Policy.
