Nothing. SPCC Monthly does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — facilities, oil containers, inspection templates, monthly inspections, and findings — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
SPCC Monthly does not write, store an authoritative copy of, certify, or transmit your facility's SPCC plan anywhere. It only records the checklist content and intervals you enter, based on your own plan.
The signed PDF inspection register is generated on-device and exported through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and we never receive a copy of the exported file.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
SPCC Monthly is a professional tool for facility staff managing oil storage and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
