Nothing. TierTwo Filer does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — facility profiles, chemical substances, storage entries, threshold assessments, and generated worksheets — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
TierTwo Filer does not connect to, transmit to, or integrate with any state Tier II filing portal or the EPA. The worksheet PDF is a draft you keep and use as your own preparation record; official filing always happens through your state's designated system, entirely outside this app.
Worksheet PDFs are generated on-device and exported through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and we never receive a copy of the exported file.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
TierTwo Filer is a professional tool for facility EHS staff and is not directed at children.
