What MedWaste Handoff does
- Waste LotsLot code, waste category you define, generation date, storage start date, quantity, unit, and storage location.
- Ordered three-stage chainGenerator Storage, Transporter Pickup, then Disposal Receipt, each with a signature captured from a photo or drawn on the spot. A stage can only be added once the prior stage is finalized.
- Discrepancy shown, never blockingIf quantities differ between stages, the app shows the discrepancy plainly without blocking the lot's progress.
- Locked after disposalOnce Disposed, stages are locked; corrections are added as dated entries, never silent rewrites.
- Record Copy snapshotGenerating a Record Copy captures a permanent snapshot of the chain; editing your Transporter or Disposal Facility directory afterward never changes it.

MedWaste Handoff does not determine waste classification, state regulatory compliance, or permit requirements, and it is not legal advice. It never electronically submits or files any record with a state agency, transporter, or disposal facility on your behalf, and it never concludes fraud from a discrepancy; differences are shown as facts to resolve. The PDF is a facility-side record you keep; official state manifest submission happens outside this app.
