Nothing. TentCert Tracker does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create (equipment items, flame certificates, event permits, matches, and submission records) are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
Certificate photos you attach to equipment items are stored only on your device, copied into the app's own storage with a SHA-256 hash for integrity. They are never sent to us or any third party.
Submission Packet PDFs are generated on-device and exported through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination, and we never receive a copy of the exported file.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
TentCert Tracker is a professional tool for event and rental staff and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
