- Does the app collect payments from my students?
- No. It only records charges and payments you enter yourself, after they happen by whatever method you already use (cash, check, a separate payment app).
- Does it send reminders or invoices to parents automatically?
- No. There is no messaging or email feature. You export a PDF and share it yourself through whatever channel you prefer.
- Can I track make-up lessons or cancellation policies?
- You can mark a lesson as cancelled or rescheduled and add a note. The app doesn't enforce any specific make-up or cancellation policy — that decision stays yours.
- Is there a limit to how many students I can track?
- No artificial limit on the number of students, lessons, or ledger entries.
