- Fit Test RecordLog each test as qualitative (QLFT) or quantitative (QNFT), with the respirator's make, model, size, and style, the test method used, and a pass/fail result. Quantitative tests require you to enter the numeric fit factor; you can also attach a photo of the instrument's strip chart or printout along with free-text notes.
- Retest TrackingThe next fit test due date is set automatically to one year after the test. You can also raise a manual retest flag at any time for a facepiece change, a significant weight change, or a change in facial structure — any of these bring the retest date forward independent of the one-year schedule.
- Reports and Amendment HistoryGenerate a PDF by employee or by date range, alongside CSV export of every table. Once a test record is saved, corrections are added as an amendment entry rather than overwriting the original — the original test record is preserved.
