- Job EstimateEnter area for as many sections as the job needs — the app sums them into a single total square footage. Add crack-fill length separately, and the app calculates material quantity and cost for both sealer and crack filler automatically from your settings, rounding sealer up to the next full gallon.
- Estimate PDFGenerate a customer-ready estimate PDF with your company logo, the customer's name and address, and a line-item breakdown. Every estimate PDF states plainly that it is an estimate and not a final or binding price.
- Snapshot PricingOnce an estimate is created, it captures your material rates and prices at that moment. Changing your settings later does not change the cost shown on estimates you already created — each one reflects the pricing in effect when you made it.
