「釣果カード」（アプリID: com.goonobu.chokacard、以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. データの収集について

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報や利用データを一切収集しません。

• 本アプリは通常時、ネットワーク通信を行いません。
• 利用者が入力した釣果記録（魚種・サイズ・写真・メモ・場所名等）およびマイ仕掛けの情報は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 当方を含む第三者が、これらの情報にアクセスすることはありません。
• アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術のいずれも使用していません。

2. 位置情報の扱いについて

• 本アプリはGPSによる測位を行わず、位置情報の利用許可（端末の位置情報アクセス）を求めません。
• 記録に紐づく位置情報は、利用者が選択した写真のExif（撮影情報）に含まれる位置データを読み取る場合にのみ利用します。
• 読み取った位置情報は端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
• 釣果カードを共有する際、位置情報を載せるかどうかは共有のたびに利用者自身が選択します（「載せない」「エリア名のみ」「ピン付き」の3段階。初期設定は「載せない」）。選択内容は共有ごとにリセットされ、次回に持ち越されません。
• 「ピン付き」を選んだ場合にのみ、生成されたカード画像や共有テキストに位置情報が含まれます。これは利用者が明示的に選択した場合の共有先（LINE等）への情報提供であり、本アプリの開発者が位置情報を収集・保持するものではありません。

3. データの保存場所

本アプリに入力・生成されたすべての情報（釣果記録、釣果カード画像、マイ仕掛け情報を含む）は、利用者の端末内にローカルに保存されます。外部のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

4. iCloud同期について

本アプリのiCloud同期機能（オプトイン・初期設定はオフ）を有効にした場合、記録データは利用者自身のiCloudアカウント（プライベートデータベース）にのみ保存されます。データはApple社が提供する利用者本人のiCloudストレージに保存されるものであり、当方が内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。共有機能（LINE・Instagram・X等）を利用者自身が使った場合、その送信先への情報提供は利用者自身の操作によるものであり、本アプリの開発者を経由しません。

6. 広告・解析について

本アプリは、広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール・トラッキング技術のいずれも組み込んでいません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキング許可のプロンプトも表示しません。

7. 課金について

App内課金（Pro、買い切り）の購入処理は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報は Apple により処理され、当方が決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. データの削除

端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリ内の各記録・仕掛けの削除操作、または本アプリの削除（アンインストール）により消去されます。

Choka Card (App ID: com.goonobu.chokacard, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App performs no network communication during normal use.
• All information you enter — catch records (species, size, photos, notes, location names) and your tackle/rig sets ("My Rigs") — is stored only on your device.
• No third party, including the developer, has access to this information.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

2. Location Data

• The App does not use GPS positioning and does not request location permission from your device.
• Location data is used only when it is present in the Exif metadata of a photo you choose to attach to a record.
• Any location data read this way is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
• When sharing a catch card, you choose each time whether to include location information: None (default), Area name only, or Pin (map thumbnail + a Google Maps link in the shared text). This choice resets every time you share and is never remembered from a previous share.
• Location data appears in a generated card or shared text only if you explicitly choose "Pin." This is information you choose to send to your own destination (e.g., LINE) — the developer never collects or retains it.

3. Where Data Is Stored

All information entered into or generated by the App — catch records, catch card images, and tackle/rig data — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server.

4. iCloud Sync

iCloud sync is opt-in (off by default). When enabled, your records are stored only in your own iCloud account (private database). Data is stored in your personal iCloud storage provided by Apple; the developer cannot view or retrieve it.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect information, there is no information for the developer to share with third parties. If you use the share feature (LINE, Instagram, X, etc.), any information sent to that destination results from your own action and does not pass through the developer.

6. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

7. In-App Purchases

Payment processing for the in-app purchase (Pro, one-time purchase) is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. Payment information is processed by Apple; the developer does not receive or store it. See Apple's own privacy policy for details.

8. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete individual records/rigs within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.
