「ごはんカード」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. データの収集について

本アプリは、アカウント登録や外部サーバーへのデータ送信を前提としない、オンデバイス完結型のアプリです。

• 利用者が撮影・選択した写真、入力した一言コメント、献立名、日付などの記録は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。
• アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術は一切使用しません。
• 当方を含む第三者が、これらの記録にアクセスすることはありません。

2. 位置情報・天気の取得について

カードに天気を表示するため、本アプリは端末の位置情報（おおよその位置）をApple社が提供するWeatherKitへの問い合わせに使用する場合があります。

• 位置情報そのものは、本アプリ内に保存されません。
• WeatherKitから取得した「天気の文言」「地名の文言」のみが、カードの記録データの一部として端末内にローカル保存されます。
• 位置情報は天気（および任意で場所名表示）の取得目的にのみ使用し、広告・分析目的や第三者への提供のために使用・送信することはありません。
• 位置情報の利用は端末の設定でいつでも許可・拒否を変更できます。

3. 歩数（ヘルスケアデータ）の取得について

「おでかけカード」にその日の歩数を表示するため、本アプリはHealthKitから歩数データを読み取る場合があります。

• 歩数データの取得は任意であり、許可しなくてもおでかけカードの作成自体は可能です。
• 取得は読み取り専用（Read-Only）で、本アプリからHealthKitへの書き込みは行いません。
• 取得した歩数は、カードの記録データの一部として端末内に保存されるのみで、外部への送信や第三者との共有は行いません。

4. 写真の取り扱いについて

本アプリで撮影・選択された写真は、カード生成のために端末内で処理・保存されます。外部サーバーへのアップロードは行いません。本アプリが保存するカード用の画像データは、端末の「写真」アプリのライブラリとは別に、アプリ専用の領域で管理されます。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、位置情報に基づく天気取得のためのApple WeatherKitへの問い合わせを除き、外部への通信を行いません。取得した情報を広告・分析等の目的で第三者に提供することはありません。

6. 共有機能について

本アプリで作成したカードをLINEやメール等へ送信する場合は、OS標準の共有シートを通じて利用者ご自身の操作で送信されます。本アプリ自体が送信先のサービスへ自動的にデータを送ることはありません。共有先のサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 課金について

「ごはんカード プロプラン」（自動更新サブスク：月額480円／年額3,000円）および「季節テンプレパック」（買い切り）の購入処理は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済に関する情報は Apple により処理され、当方が決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）を取得・保存することはありません。Apple における情報の取り扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. データの削除

端末内に保存された記録は、本アプリ内での個別記録の削除操作、または本アプリの削除（アンインストール）により消去されます。

Gohan Card (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App is designed to work entirely on your device, without requiring an account or transmitting your data to an external server.

• Photos you take or select, captions you write, dish names, dates, and other records are stored only on your device.
• The App does not require any account registration or sign-in.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
• No third party, including the developer, can access these records.

2. Location and Weather

To display weather on a card, the App may use your device's approximate location to query Apple's WeatherKit service.

• The location data itself is not stored by the App.
• Only the resulting weather text and place-name text obtained from WeatherKit are saved locally as part of your card record.
• Location is used only to retrieve weather (and optionally a place name) — it is never used or transmitted for advertising, analytics, or sharing with any third party.
• You can allow or deny location access at any time in your device's Settings.

3. Step Count (Health Data)

To show your daily step count on an "outing card," the App may read step data from HealthKit.

• Granting access is optional; you can still create outing cards without it.
• Access is read-only — the App never writes data to HealthKit.
• Any step count read is saved only as part of your local card record, and is never transmitted externally or shared with any third party.

4. Photos

Photos you take or select are processed and stored on your device for card creation. They are never uploaded to an external server. Images stored for cards are kept in an area managed separately from your device's main Photos library.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Aside from querying Apple WeatherKit for weather based on location, the App performs no external communication. Information collected is never provided to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

6. Sharing Feature

When you send a card you created to LINE, email, or another app, it is sent through the OS-standard share sheet, at your own initiative. The App itself does not automatically transmit data to any destination service. Please refer to the privacy policy of each destination service for how it handles the information you send.

7. Purchases

Purchases of "Gohan Card Pro" (auto-renewable subscription: ¥480/month or ¥3,000/year) and the seasonal template pack (one-time purchase) are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple, and the developer never collects or stores your payment details (such as your card number). Please refer to Apple's own privacy policy for how Apple handles this information.

8. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete an individual record within the App, or when you uninstall the App itself.
