Privacy Policy — Recall Deck

Recall Deck (App ID: com.goonobu.recalldeck, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information.

• The App does not perform analytics, tracking, or profiling.
• There is no account, sign-in, or user identifier of any kind.
• The App does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
• The App does not connect to the internet or send data to any server during normal use.

2. How Data Is Stored

Everything you create — decks, notes, cards, review history, statistics, and settings — is stored only on your device, in the App's local storage area. Automatic and manual backups are also stored on your device (and, if you choose to export one, wherever you save it in the Files app). Nothing is uploaded to or stored on an external server.

3. Photo to Card

The photo-to-card feature recognizes text in a photo you select using on-device text recognition only. The photo and the recognized text never leave your device and are not sent to the developer or any third party.

4. Purchase

Recall Deck is a one-time paid app, purchased directly through the App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; the developer does not receive, store, or have access to your payment information or Apple ID. The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not collect personal information, so there is nothing to share. Your deck data is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties.

6. Advertising and Analytics

The App contains no advertising, no ad SDKs, no analytics tools, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

7. Data Deletion

All of your data is removed when you delete (uninstall) the App from your device.

8. Security

Your data is stored on your device using standard iOS file protection. The App does not transmit your data over the network.

9. Children

The App is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 — and in practice, the App collects no personal information from anyone.

1. 情報の収集

本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しません。

• 本アプリはアナリティクス、トラッキング、プロファイリングを実施しません。
• アカウント登録・サインイン・利用者識別子の類は一切ありません。
• 本アプリはアナリティクスSDK、広告SDK、トラッキング技術を使用しません。
• 通常利用時に本アプリがインターネットへ接続し、データを外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。

2. 情報の保存方法

デッキ・ノート・カード・学習履歴・統計・設定など、あなたが作成したすべての情報は、本アプリのローカル保存領域、つまりお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。自動バックアップ・手動バックアップも端末内に保存され、書き出しを選んだ場合はFilesアプリ内であなたが指定した場所に保存されます。外部サーバーへアップロード・保存されることはありません。

3. 写真からカード

「写真からカード」機能は、選択した写真内の文字を端末内の文字認識のみを用いて認識します。写真および認識結果が端末の外へ送信されることはなく、開発者や第三者に渡ることもありません。

4. 購入について

Recall Deckは買い切り型の有料アプリで、App Storeを通じて直接購入されます。決済処理はすべてアップルが行い、開発者が支払い情報やApple IDを受け取る、保存する、アクセスすることはありません。本アプリにアプリ内課金・サブスクリプションはありません。

5. 第三者との共有

本アプリは個人情報を収集していないため、共有する情報自体がありません。デッキデータが第三者に売却・貸与・開示されることはありません。

6. 広告とアナリティクス

本アプリには広告、広告SDK、アナリティクスツール、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）プロンプトが含まれていません。

7. データの削除

本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。

8. セキュリティ

データはiOSの標準的なファイル保護を使用して端末上に保存されます。本アプリはネットワークを通じてデータを送信しません。

9. 児童

本アプリは13歳未満の方に向けられていません。13歳未満の児童からの情報を意図的に収集することはありません（実際には、本アプリは誰からも個人情報を収集しません）。
