「商談カルテ」（アプリID: com.goonobu.shodankarte、以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. データの収集について

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報や利用データを一切収集しません。

• 本アプリはネットワーク通信を行いません（オフライン完結）。
• 利用者が入力・生成した情報（顧客情報・商談記録・名刺画像・音声メモなど）は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 当方を含む第三者が、これらの情報にアクセスすることはありません。
• アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術のいずれも使用していません。
• アカウント登録・ログインは不要です。

2. データの保存場所

本アプリに入力・生成されたすべての情報は、利用者の端末内にローカルに保存されます。外部のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

3. 顧客情報・名刺・音声の取り扱いについて

本アプリで記録する顧客情報・商談メモ・名刺画像・音声メモは、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。名刺の文字認識・音声の文字起こしはApple提供のオンデバイス機能のみを使用し、画像・音声・テキストが外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。顧客の個人情報の取得・管理responsibilityは、記録を行う利用者に帰属します。本アプリはFace ID等によるアプリロック機能を提供しています。

4. 広告・解析について

本アプリは、広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール・トラッキング技術のいずれも組み込んでいません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキング許可のプロンプトも表示しません。

5. 課金について

本アプリは自動更新サブスクリプション「商談カルテ Pro」（月額・年額プラン、7日間の無料トライアルあり）による課金を行います。購入・更新処理はすべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済情報は Apple により処理され、当方が決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。サブスクリプションは期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、解約はいつでもApp Storeの設定から行えます。トライアル終了後も、過去に記録したデータの閲覧・書き出しは引き続き無料でご利用いただけます。

6. データの削除

端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリ内の削除操作、または本アプリの削除（アンインストール）により消去されます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

ShodanKarte (App ID: com.goonobu.shodankarte, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App performs no network communication (fully offline).
• All information you enter or generate (such as client records, meeting notes, business-card images and voice memos) is stored only on your device.
• No third party, including the developer, has access to this information.
• The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
• No account or sign-in is required.

2. Where Data Is Stored

All information entered into or generated by the App is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to or stored on an external server.

3. About Client Information, Business Cards, and Voice Memos

Client information, meeting notes, business-card images and voice memos are stored only on your device. Text recognition and speech transcription use Apple on-device frameworks only; images, audio and text are never sent to any server. Responsibility for handling clients' personal information rests with the user. The App provides an app-lock feature (Face ID / passcode).

4. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not include any advertising SDK, analytics tool, or tracking technology, and does not display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

5. Payment

The App is monetized through an auto-renewing subscription, "ShodanKarte Pro" (monthly and yearly plans, with a 7-day free trial). All purchases and renewals are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. Payment information is processed by Apple; the developer does not receive or store it. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Viewing and exporting previously recorded data remains free even after the trial ends.

6. Data Deletion

Information stored on your device is removed when you delete data within the App, or when you delete (uninstall) the App itself.
