These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Dog Heart Log" (the "App"). By using the App, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.
1. The App is a record-keeping app that allows pet owners to record and organize information about their own pets.
2. The App does not provide professional veterinary advice or judgment of any kind. The App only provides functions for recording, storing, visualizing, and exporting information entered by the User.
3. This app is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your pet's health.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, that the App will fit any particular purpose of the User, that recorded information will be accurate, complete, or useful, or that the App will operate without interruption.
1. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the User arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the App.
2. Where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other applicable laws do not permit the exclusion of our liability as set out in the preceding paragraph, that exclusion shall apply only to the extent permitted by such laws.
3. The User is responsible for managing and backing up the information they record in the App.
The User is solely responsible for the information they enter into the App, and shall not make important decisions about their pet's health based solely on the contents recorded in the App.
1. Certain features of the App are available through a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.
2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the payment method linked to your Apple ID will be charged.
3. You can cancel a subscription from the Apple ID subscription management section in your device's Settings.
4. Billing and refunds are handled in accordance with the terms set by Apple.
We may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are displayed within the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising between the User and us in connection with the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
