Q. How does the free trial work?
A. You get 7 days of full access from your first launch. After the trial, viewing your existing pumps and test history stays free; starting a new guided test or exporting a PDF requires unlocking with a one-time purchase.
Q. Are there any ads?
A. No. The App does not include any advertising SDK.
Q. Where is my data stored?
A. Entirely on your device. The App performs no network communication.
Q. I upgraded or reinstalled the app — do I need to buy it again?
A. No. Use the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings to restore your unlock at no additional charge.
Q. How do I delete my data?
A. Delete individual pumps or test sessions within the App, or uninstall the App to remove all data stored on your device.
Q. Is this app a substitute for professional plumbing advice?
A. No. Sump Pump Check is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose equipment problems or provide professional advice — always consult a qualified professional for repairs or safety concerns.
