Q. How does the trial work?
A. Pumper Log is free to download with full features for 7 days from your first launch. After the trial, unlocking full access is a one-time purchase (no subscription). Everything you've already logged stays viewable and exportable for free, forever.
Q. Does Pumper Log generate an official state manifest?
A. No. Pumper Log is a personal work-record and business tool. It tracks the same core details many state septage-hauler manifests ask for (customer/site, volume pumped, disposal facility, disposal date/time), but it does not produce an official manifest form and does not check or guarantee compliance with any state or local regulation. The accuracy and completeness of what you enter is your responsibility.
Q. How is the "next recommended service" date calculated?
A. It's your last logged work record for that customer, plus a per-customer interval you set (typical guidance is every 3-5 years, but you can adjust it for each customer). It's a planning aid, not a regulatory determination.
Q. Are there any ads?
A. No. The App does not include any advertising SDK.
Q. Where is my data stored?
A. Entirely on your device. The App performs no network communication and has no account or cloud sync.
Q. How do I delete my data?
A. Delete a customer, work record, or facility within the App, or uninstall the App to remove all data stored on your device.
