Nothing. Cater BEO Pocket does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not contain an external AI or backend service. No usage data, device identifiers, or personal information is transmitted anywhere.
All records you create — events, guest counts, menu selections, service details, venue notes, revisions, and generated BEO, prep sheet, and run sheet PDFs — are stored only in the app's local database on your device (SwiftData). Nothing syncs to iCloud or any server operated by us or a third party.
Client names, venue notes, and event details that you enter are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
BEO, prep sheet, and run sheet PDFs are generated on-device and shared only through the standard iOS share sheet, entirely under your control. You choose where that file goes; we never receive a copy.
The one-time in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
Cater BEO Pocket is a professional tool for catering teams and is not directed at children.
