Effective 2026-08-02
Charger Uptime does not collect any data. The app has no network code, no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and no third-party SDKs.
Sites, ports, outage records, evidence notes, photo attachments, and electrical test records are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. They are never transmitted to the developer or to anyone else.
If you attach a photo to an outage record, the app reads that image from your photo library only at the moment you select it, and stores a copy inside the app's own storage on your device. The app does not scan your library and does not access photos you have not selected.
When you export a PDF or CSV, the file is written to a temporary location on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes after that is entirely your choice. The developer receives nothing.
Your records may be included in your own iCloud or iTunes device backups, which are controlled by your Apple account settings, not by this app.
The app is a professional tool and is not directed to children.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
